Temporary/Corporate/Short Term Renter FAQ's

Q:What is a minimum lease term?

A: You will notice in every property description there is a minimum night stay listed. This is the minimum number of nights the property is available to rent at the rate posted. Temporary/Corporate/Short Term rentals range in minimum night stays from 30-120 nights; and a majority of these properties have a 60 night minimum stay. If you are interested in a property for less time then the minimum night stay, it may be available at a premium rate.

Q: Where are your properties located?

A: We have properties available in the Annapolis and surrounding areas and a few properties in the Baltimore area, check out the MAP. Some of the surrounding Annapolis and Baltimore areas are Eastport, West Annapolis, Bestgate Corridor, Arnold, Severna Park, Edgewater and Piney Orchard/Odenton.

Q: The properties display a nightly rate, what would the monthly rate be?

A: We display the nightly rate so potential renters know the cost per day when comparing to hotel rates or housing per diem allowances. To calculate the monthly rate simply multiply the nightly rate by 30.

Q: What type of properties are available and at what price ranges?

A: We have studios, condos, townhomes and single family homes. The rates depend on size, location and amenities. Below are general price ranges for various types of properties.

Studios $1,650- $1,950

1-2 Bedrooms $2,200- $3,200

2-3 Bedrooms $2,800- $3,400

A: Yes, all of our properties are fully furnished including all linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans, cookware, silverware, etc. All of our properties also include utilities (high speed, cable TV, heat/electric/airconditioning, water and local phone service).

Q: What amount is due in order to move into a property?

A: The first months rent, security deposit (typically half a months rent), a credit report fee ($29.00) and a final cleaning fee which depends on the size of the property.

Q: Can I extend my lease if I need to stay in the property longer?

A: Yes, we offer 30 day extensions for most properties. This is convenient for renters who are not exactly sure of how long they will need accommodations. A 30 day extension will allow the renter to give us 30 days notice to move out of the property.

Q: Do your properties accept pets?

A: Yes, some of our properities allow pets with a security deposit. Most pet deposits are completely refundable with no evidence that your pet was ever there.
