Q: Are linens and bedding provided?

A: Yes! All of our properties are fully furnished including bed linens, pillows, comforters, etc.

Q: How much is the reservation deposit and when is it due?

A: 1/2 of the reservation total is due 1 week after the reservation is made, if more than 60 days before check in. Within the 60 day window, full payment is required within the week.

Q: Do we have to pay a damage deposit?

A: Yes, the damage deposit amount is generally 20% of the weekly rate. The damage deposit is due 60 days before arrival along with the remainder of the balance and a non refundable cleaning fee.

Q: What is a non-refundable cleaning fee?

A: The cleaning fee is dependent on the size of the property.

1 Bedroom House: $95/cleaning fee

2 Bedroom House: $125/cleaning fee

3 Bedroom House: $150/cleaining fee

4 Bedroom House: $175-195/cleaning fee

5 Bedroom House: $250-$295/cleaning fee

Where do we park if there is no parking at the property or we need addittional parking?

A: Most downtown homes do not have parking. There are two city garages that can be used during your stay within walking distance of the downtown homes but availability is very limited during the Boat Shows. Most owners can provide 1 or 2 parking permits which allow you to park on the street in the District. There is usually overnight parking at the Naval Academy stadium just outside of town.
