We have dozens of homes within four miles of City Dock, the hub of the Boat Show. Our properties are as close as most hotels in town, if not closer. When meeting with clients or holding sales meetings, why bring potential customers to a small hotel room? Imagine conducting meetings in the comfort of your spacious living room. For boat enthusiasts, we also provide crew housing within walking distance of the Annapolis Yacht Club, Eastport Yacht Club, and Severn Sailing Association.

Prices are subject to 6% MD Sales Tax for stays of 30 days or less or the refundable Damage Deposit which is generally 20% of the total fee for the reservation. Properties that are also on the Vacation Homes registry will also have a non-refundable cleaning fee based on the number of bedrooms.

IN TOWN VS. OUT OF TOWN

Homes within walking distance tend to have the fewest number of beds, the least parking, and the highest rates. There are dozens of homes within 4 miles of City Dock (in most cases closer than the hotels out West Street and Riva Road) that have lots of beds, lots of parking, and very reasonable rates, particularly when compared to 3 or 4 hotel rooms.

WHEN CAN I BOOK A HOUSE?

The guests in a house for Boat Show have first right of refusal on the house for the next year. We make every effort to get a yea or nay commitment as soon as the Boat Shows are over, but Vendors are often unsure of their plans, numbers, etc. until the Spring or Summer. Homes showing available here may have that tag on them, but not a deposit. Let us know if a house interests you, and we'll urge them to a decision.
